SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  1. Missing Package: If the tracking shows as delivered in your orders but you cannot locate your item(s); Try your safe place location, check with neighbors if safe to do so or contact the carrier.  

  2. Track Package: You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

  3. General Shipping Information: All Sargassum Clothing Co standard shipping rates and policies apply to items when shipped domestically, including free shipping on qualifying orders and premium shipping. International shipping is available for all of our items(International rates may apply). When we ship your order, we indicate the carrier company, tracking information, shipping date and estimated delivery date on your confirmation email. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Terms of return (i.e. less than 14 days)

  • State of return (e.g. unworn products only, unless the product is damaged upon receipt.)

  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product shipped.)

  • Process for return (i.e. to initiate a return,  please contact customer service @ sargassumclothingco@gmail.com and follow the instructions.)
